Customer Service Specialist – French & German Speaking (Evening/Night Shifts)

THE ROLE

We are seeking a bilingual (English, French and German) Call Centre Operator to join our onsite Call Centre at Vuly - KL. In this role, you will handle all inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and order support, for our European customer base. You will receive personal training from our Australian-based team and managers.

You will be the first point of contact for customers—whether it’s helping them choose their dream product or supporting them in setting it up for a special day!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer all inbound calls related to customer orders and queries.

Return voicemails to address customer inquiries.

Respond to email queries and process customer orders through our POS system.

Take credit card payments over the phone.

Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Provide quality service and support in areas including (but not limited to) returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting, and other after-sales enquiries.

Assist customers with spare part orders, including directing them to appropriate retailers.

Translate documents and communications between English, French, and German as needed.

WHO ARE YOU?

Fluency in English, French and/or German (spoken and written) is essential.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening.

Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential—retail or customer service experience will also be highly regarded.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality interactions.

SCHEDULE:

8-hour shifts

Arvo/Night shift

Monday to Sunday availability required

Please note: This role requires you to work onsite at our KLCC, Kuala Lumpur office—remote work is not available.
