Admin Cum Front Desk

What you'll be doing
-Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
-Handle incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing queries to the appropriate team members
-Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation and organisation
-Provide support to the broader team as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the office
-Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised work environment
-Participate in special projects and assist with other tasks as assigned

What we're looking for
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
-A positive, friendly and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
-Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
