Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and monitor foreign workers’ documentation, including work permits, passports, visa renewals, and related records
-Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., immigration, agencies) on permit applications and renewals
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
-Assist in payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime, and basic payroll data entry
-Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
-Support daily HR administrative tasks and general office duties
-Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, especially foreign workers
-Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations

Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent), Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
-At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (experience handling foreign workers is an added advantage)
-Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees
-Basic knowledge of payroll processes and Malaysian labour laws is preferred
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail
-Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills
-Familiarity with foreign worker management procedures (permit, passport handling)
-Experience using payroll or HR systems
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
