Sales Representative - Kedah

What you'll be doing
-Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory to promote our range of products.
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and understanding their needs and delivering customised solutions
-Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to prospective and current customers
-Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
-Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
-Maintain accurate sales records of all sales activities and customer interactions
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor information and new product developments
-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for
-Possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy
-Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
-Possess relevant experience in sales industry will be an added advantage.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
-A results-driven and ambitious mindset to work independently to achieve personal and team targets
-Strong organisational and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
-A valid driver's license holder
