Job Description
-Administer insurance policy for old/new vehicle
-Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.
-Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.
-Create insurance quotation.
-Follow up with customers.
-Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.
-Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
-Handling SAP system for generate customer DATA and invoice etc.
-Responsibilities for monthly target achievement
-Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
-Work closely with sales and finance department to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly
