Employee Services & Operations
Behavioral Indicators:

Ensures timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of employee services.

Monitors service standards and take corrective action when issues arise.

Maintains meticulous administration of employee services related operation and welfare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage canteen, hostel, accommodation, transportation, locker, uniform, PPE and First Aid Room services.

Coordinate office operations to ensure policy compliance and operational efficiency.

Ensure employee services and activities meet organizational standards, legal requirements and safety protocols.

Vendor & Contract Management
Behavioral Indicators:

Negotiates effectively with external vendors to secure favorable terms and reliable service outcomes.

Establishes measurable performance expectations and conducts regular service evaluations

Builds strong working relationships to secure long-term service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with canteen, hostel, and transportation vendors on contract negotiation and performance.

Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related service issues.



Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Behavioral Indicators:

Proactively identifies bottlenecks or breakdowns in processes.

Implements improvements that enhance efficiency, cost savings and employee satisfaction.

Uses data and insights to propose practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve process breakdowns within the employee services function.

Provide data driven insights and analytics to support strategic decision making.



Stakeholder Management & Communication
Behavioral Indicators:

Communicates clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization.

Ensures necessary information is cascaded effectively to all employees.

Maintains strong relationships with internal departments, expatriates, and union stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote timely and effective employee communication through appropriate channels.

Support union and management with best practices to maintain a harmonious workplace.
