PROJECT MANAGER / SITE ENGINEER

Pembinaan Ismail Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company in Kedah, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Site Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinating and managing all on-site construction activities, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and quality control
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
Monitoring project progress, and providing regular updates to the management team
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Mentoring and supervising a team of site engineers and construction workers
Prepare report, CPM, and lead meeting accordingly
