Able to handle Wines testing
Able to work on retail hours and public holidays

Organize all store operations, manage and oversee
performance and allocate responsibilities to head,
supervisors and team.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of retail
stores.
Maintain and develop good relationship with
customers.
Reconcile monthly payment balance , daily cash
and credit card transaction with account
department for all the branches.
Monitor products movement and turnover and
suggest improvement based on market trends
Coordinate with other department, plan and
oversee in store promotional events.
Demonstrating and presenting product at retail
shop for promotion activities.
Able to handle setup, manage and opening retail
shop.
Replenishment of stock ordering for all branches
retail shop.
Performs monthly stock count at all branches retail
shop & monthly stock reconciliation.
Overview on outlet KPI, and growing their
customer database.
Participate in recruiting and job setting function.
To carry any other duties, responsibilities and
assignment wherever required, directed or
instructed by superiors.
Prepare and control outlet budget.
Handling timetable, service point and calculation.
