财务助理经理 Assistant Manager of Finance (URGENT!)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Assistant Manager to oversee full set accounts, costing, and financial reporting. This role manages finance operations, supervises staff, and provides strategic analysis to support management decisions. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as need to deal with China Management and stakeholders.

Manage full set accounts, including month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.

Prepare management reports, cash flow statements, and cost analysis.

Plan, monitor, and coordinate costing activities, liaising with Production, Technical, and other relevant teams.

Review Monthly Management Reports and finalize with the Factory General Manager and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and latest financial regulations.

Oversee tax compliance and tax planning for the Group.

Handle e-invoice issuance and compliance.

Use AutoCount software for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other statutory bodies for audit, tax, and compliance matters.

Supervise, guide, and coach accounts and finance personnel to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.

Accept the shareholders’ management and supervision of financial work; complete and submit periodic and ad hoc financial reports as required; and cooperate with internal audits.
