Applicants must have a minimum of a Certificate
or Diploma in any field.
Minimum Grade C in Mathematics (SPM).
Minimum 1 year experience
Have a good personality
Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral
and written
Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics,
and integrity
Able to multi-task, cheerful, energetic, creative,
positive mindset, and self-motivated

Team player and able to work independently with
minimum supervision
Able to start work immediately

岗位职责

Greet customers when entering or leaving the
establishment
Handle cash, credit, QR-pay, or online transactions
with customers
Ensure invoice pricing is correct
Issue change, receipts, or gate pass
Cash desk invoice in SAP
Redeem Free Service Coupon, E-Service Voucher, &
Sales Campaign Voucher
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and
end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
and that there is adequate change
Sell, receive payment & provide customers the
information regarding merchandise items
Bag items carefully
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Keep reports of transactions
Answer customers' questions and get an executive
or manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure
satisfaction
