IT Intern (PENANG/KL)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team at Wealth Mastery Academy Sdn Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of information and communication technology, with a focus on help desk and IT support. This is a full-time position that will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Provide first-line IT support and troubleshooting for our staff, including resolving hardware and software issues

Participate in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives

Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain accurate documentation of IT-related activities and procedures

Assist in Web design and Develop

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a relevant IT or computer science degree program

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
