Customer Service Executive (E-Hailing) – Mandarin Speaker

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support a leading e-hailing platform. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, live chat, and email
2. Respond to general enquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues
3. Provide accurate information and maintain excellent service standards
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive customer experience
5. Work closely with the team to achieve KPI and SLA targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC / IGCSE
- Fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Working Hours:
- 5.5 / 6 working days per week
- Rotational shift (24-hour operations)
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays

Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM3,000
- 6 Days Allowance
