Job Description

岗位职责

1. 核心销售：负责门店珠宝商品的日常销售，主动开发新客，维护老客关系，完成个人及团队销售指标。

2. 客户服务：热情接待到店客户，专业讲解产品知识（尤其钻石/珠宝文化），提供一对一优质咨询服务。

3. 门店运营：负责负责辖区货品的陈列、保养、盘点及库存管理，保持门店环境整洁与形象规范。

4. 数据复盘：配合管理工作，定期反馈销售数据、客户需求及市场动态。

任职资格（核心要求）

1. 经验优先：有珠宝/奢侈品/高端腕表销售经验者优先（无经验但优秀者可放宽），具备高端客户沟通技巧。

2. 形象气质：形象气质佳，举止得体，具备高端服务意识，能代表门店高端审美形象。

3. 销售能力：具备强烈的赚钱心态和抗压能力，目标感强，善于挖掘客户需求与促成成交。

4. 职业素养：诚实守信，具备良好的团队协作精神，认同品牌价值观。
