持有土木工程或相关专业的大专文凭。
欢迎应届毕业生申请，具备入门级职位所需的潜力。
具备良好的现场管理和项目协调能力。
能够有效地解决施工现场出现的问题。
具备出色的沟通技巧，能够与团队成员和利益相关者有效沟通。
能够进行现场监督，确保施工符合规范和标准。
熟悉质量控制流程，确保工程质量。
精通英语和马来西亚语。
岗位职责
监督和管理施工现场的日常运作，确保项目按照既定计划和预算顺利进行。
与项目经理、建筑师、分包商和其他相关方协调沟通，确保信息的准确传递和问题的及时解决。
执行现场质量控制程序，监督材料和工艺的质量，确保符合相关标准和规范。
进行现场检查，识别潜在的问题和风险，并提出解决方案，以确保施工安全和质量。
准备和提交现场报告，记录施工进度、问题和变更，并及时向上级汇报。
协助项目经理进行项目协调，包括安排会议、准备文件和跟踪进度。
解决现场出现的各种问题，包括技术问题、资源问题和人员问题，确保施工顺利进行。
