As a Talent Acquisition Partner at BASF Asia Pacific Service Centre Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth in the Kuala Lumpur region. This full-time position is responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and implementing innovative recruitment practices to attract and select the best-fit candidates for a variety of roles within the organisation.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for open positions

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, high-calibre talent

Implement effective candidate assessment and selection processes

Provide advice and guidance to managers on best practices in recruitment and talent management

Continuously optimize recruitment processes and measures to improve efficiency and quality of hires

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and performance
