Development Manager (Property)

Responsibilities:
• Plan and propose inspirational design, concepts and design development.
• To take responsibility for the development of the design and the project.
• Oversee and review all presentation of design intends, material selection, costing, etc, from the conceptual design stage up to the design development stage.
• Manage and coordinate from the initial design concept to the implementation stage for project.
• Manage/coordinate construction drawings and the construction stage to ensure design intends are interpreted and implemented accurately.
• Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts to assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop concepts and suitable products for project launches.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on project plans, focusing on technical aspects, innovation, and budget considerations.
• Lead the project team to ensure successful completion while meeting both project and business goals.
• Excellent knowledge in construction detailing.
• Able to product technical and presentable drawings.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well versed with building by-laws and related laws governing construction and property development.
• Good technical and project management abilities with good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations and project implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AUTOCAD.
• Strong track record of successfully completed projects in high rise large scale mixed development / commercial building projects would be an advantage.
• Good command of written & spoken B. Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
