CoE Deal Specialist – Customer Business Support

Key Responsibilities
Advise regional CBS teams on uncommon and complex deals.

Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Act as the go-to resource for new deal motions and innovative structures.

Share best practices, document processes, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Support deal types including 2SL–3SL deals, Framework Agreements, Lean IX Deals, Partner Deals, Spot Consulting Requests, and Transformation Services.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CPQ systems and contract creation

Background in deal management, business operations, or sales support

Understanding of innovative deal structures and motions
