Job Description
负责收银机操作,准确处理现金、信用卡及其他支付方式。
热情接待顾客,提供友善周到的服务,解答顾客疑问。
保持收银区域的整洁和有序,确保商品陈列符合标准。
协助处理顾客退换货事宜,并确保流程符合公司规定。
具备基本的数学计算能力,能够准确核对账目。
细心核对商品信息和价格,防止出错。
能够有效沟通,无论是与顾客还是同事之间。
积极学习并掌握公司最新的促销活动和产品知识。
能够独立完成收银工作,并在需要时寻求同事帮助。
对零售行业有热情,愿意从基层做起,积累经验。
岗位职责
负责准确、高效地处理客户的现金、信用卡及其他支付方式的交交易。
热情接待顾客,解答顾客关于商品、价格、促销活动等方方面的疑问,提供优质的客户服务。
熟练操作收银系统,准确录入商品信息,并确保账目清晰、准确无误。
保持收银区域的整洁和有序,及时补充收银所需物料(如收银纸、包装袋等)。
协助处理顾客退换货事宜,并按照公司规定进行操作。
与团队成员保持良好沟通,积极配合完成各项销售和服务务任务。
留意并及时向主管汇报收银过程中发现的异常情况或顾客投诉。
