Accounts Executive

About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking Account Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts and cash flow. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely month-end closing, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.



What you'll be doing

To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management

处理完整的账目和现金流管理

To handle accounts receivables and account payables

处理应收账款和应付账款

Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts

确保按时完成月度账目结算

Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing

处理文件归档，保持记录并确保准确的文件归档

To handle monthly bank reconciliations

处理月度银行对账

Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.

准备相关公司的交易并确保对账项目得到妥善跟进

To prepare, analyse and report financial results

准备、分析和报告财务结果

Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.

确保会计记录和系统符合公司政策、批准的会计准则和法定要求



What we're looking for

Fluent in Mandarin and Basic English (both spoken and written)

精通中文与基本英语（口语与书写）

Minimum Educational Requirements diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field required

最低学历要求拥有会计或相关领域的文凭/学位

At least 3 years of related experience

拥有至少三年会计工作经验

Able to handle full set of account

能够处理Full Set Account

Knowledge in SST and taxation

对SST和税务有一定的知识

Perform responsibilities without supervision

能够在无监督下独立履行职责

Good interpersonal & communication skills

具备良好的沟通技巧
