能独立管理完整销售流程,包括客户开发、成交、售后跟进与款项回收
拥有数据分析思维,能洞察销售趋势、评估竞争态势并优化销售策略
岗位职责
积极开拓新客户,通过实地拜访、电话沟通等方式,了解客户需求,推广公司产品与服务。
维护现有客户关系,定期回访,及时解决客户问题,提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
独立完成销售目标,制定并执行有效的销售计划,跟踪销售过程,确保合同的签订与执行。
深入了解公司产品知识及市场动态,为客户提供专业的咨询和解决方案...
收集市场信息和客户反馈,向公司提出产品改进和市场拓展的建议。
与公司内部相关部门(如技术、客服)保持良好沟通,协作完成客户订单及售后服务。
负责销售合同的谈判、签订及跟进,确保回款及时。
参加公司组织的各类销售培训和团队活动,不断提升个人销售能力和专业素养。
