任职资格
候选人必须至少持有马来西亚教育文凭(SPM)或'O'水准资格证书。

候选人必须精通英语和马来西亚语。
负责接受顾客订单、提供餐饮以及确保顾客满意度。
保持工作区域的清洁和整洁,包括餐桌和服务站。
协助准备和储存食品和饮料材料。
岗位职责
迎接顾客并引导他们到座位,提供友好和高效的服务。
熟悉菜单,能够回答顾客关于菜品和饮料的问题,并提供个性生化推荐。
准确记录顾客的订单,并及时将订单传递给厨房或吧台。
准备餐桌,包括摆放餐具、餐巾和调味品,确保餐桌整洁。
上菜和饮料,确保食物的温度和外观符合标准,并及时清理空盘和杯子。
处理顾客的咨询、投诉和特殊要求,并尽力解决问题,确保顾客满意。
维护餐厅的清洁和卫生,包括清理餐桌、地面和工作区域。
协助进行库存管理,包括检查库存、补充物品和记录损耗。
遵守餐厅的服务标准和操作流程,确保服务质量的一致性。
与团队成员合作,共同完成各项任务,确保餐厅运营的顺利进行。
