Job Description

1. Maintain productivity to achieve OEE and output target

2. Responsibility to ensure operator disciplinary, safety and quality relate compliance

3. Ensure compliance for shift task of check sheet, 5S condition and monitoring data update

4. Ensure operator compliance of SOP to prevent any MAN relate issue

5. Manage Production WIP and fulfill FIFO

6. Conduct start shift and end shift Tool box meeting to ensure smooth pass down.

7. Train and certified new hire operator
