Aerospace Sector Head

a) Key Account Management

Act as CEVA Logistics’ first line of contact

Consolidate and update customer profile (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation)

Review on regular basis CEVA’s performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer (via KPIs or KOIs)

b) Set Goals

Increase CEVA’s market share and profitability through customer’s operations across the network.

Develop and implement sales action plan by providing alternative solutions (Products and services).

Increase number of prepaid based-customers in Malaysia through aggressive development

c) Action Plan

Plan and monitor growth of our Key Accounts while optimizing sales strategy through coordination with RAM/RSL

Lead implementations with Key Account main contacts

Define operational procedures, pricing structures and deployment to the related teams (Product leads)

Plan monthly meeting to pilot growth and sales activities.

d) Tender Management

Work closely with country tender desk to submit our best offer to regional tender desk or directly to the customer

Design and present our country’s strengths with CEVA’s specialized functions and expertise.

e) Other Activities

Carrying out any other request made by the reporting manager.
