Network Technician (R&D)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Network Technician (R&D) to join our team at TC Office Solutions Sdn Bhd in Juru, Penang. This full-time role is essential in supporting the research, development, and improvement of network and ELV systems to ensure stable and efficient operations for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Research and evaluate new networking and ELV technologies
• Support R&D initiatives to improve existing system performance and stability
• Work on integration and optimization of systems including:

Unified Communication (UC)

CCTV Surveillance Systems

Access Control Systems

Other ELV / backend technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical solutions
• Assist in backend system setup, configuration, and improvement
• Collaborate with technical team to develop better and more efficient solutions
