PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

Ø Develop production plans and schedules based on confirmed orders & plan orders to ensure meeting customer delivery.

Ø Monitor stock of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure no hiccup in production. Issue purchase requisition and obtain approval for material purchase.

Ø Manage daily production activities, including machine setup, raw material transfer from the warehouse, production line performance, and workflow optimization.

Ø Plan and coordinate production schedule, workflow, and manpower arrangement.

Ø Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.

Ø Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Ø Manage and train the production team well to ensure the team's performance is at an optimum level.

Ø Ensure good housekeeping, well-maintained equipment, and a safe working environment.



Qualification:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field preferred.

Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in a food production environment

Ø Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.

Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Individual with resilient and tough character will be added advantage.

Ø This position requires frequent movement in Production department & lifting heavy goods due

to the operational requirements.

Ø Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.

Ø Priority given to those who can start IMMEDIATELY.
