Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

· Assist in filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.

· Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

· Manage and update office records and databases.

· Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.

· Handle basic HR support tasks such as staff attendance or onboarding documents.

Reception Support:

· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

· Maintain the reception area to be tidy and presentable.

· Other Support:

· Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors.

· Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
· Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

· Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

· Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Able to multitask and handle work independently
