In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, assisting customers and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations

Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store presentation

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payment methods

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Supporting store opening and closing procedures

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives
