RTR Team Lead (Petaling Jaya)

Description

Manage the record-to-report (RTR) processes, including general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights to auditors.
Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Profile

A successful RTR Team Lead should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
