Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies and implement effective initiatives to promote our food and beverage products/services, including menu items, promotions, and special events to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and increase revenue across all outlets.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to align marketing strategies in product/service and market positioning Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital channels, social media, email marketing, loyalty programs, and partnerships, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Manage the creation of compelling marketing materials, such as menus, brochures, signage, and online content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media campaigns.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the F&B team to develop new menu items that is align with the market and customer preference, create seasonal promotions and special events, that will contribute to increase sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to leverage on social media coverage to maximize brand visibility.

Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media events, and product launches, to enhance brand reputation and generate positive publicity.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, monitor expenses, and provide timely reports on marketing ROI and performance metrics to the senior management team.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the F&B industry or hospitality sector.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends in the F&B industry.

Expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present ideas effectively.

Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.

Analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Leadership abilities, with experience in managing a team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Familiarity with the local F&B market and consumer preferences would be advantageous.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
