Job Description

What you'll be doing :

Video & Content Creation (Primary Focus): Conceive, shoot, and edit short-form video content — Reels, TikToks, product stories, behind-the-scenes — that earns attention for the premium brands we represent. This is the core of the role. You don’t wait for a brief; you generate ideas, pitch them, and execute them.

Content Creation: Produce and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos (internally & externally).

Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community using the determined Brand Voice.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyse performance to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep the company’s social media presence relevant and effective.

Collaboration: Work with other departments to manage the company’s social platform reputation, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure brand consistency.

The brands under your care will encompass luxury audio and consumer technology, among others.



What we're looking for

A portfolio or active social presence that demonstrates your creative sensibility and output — this matters far more to us than your degree. Show us what you’ve made.

Hands-on video creation experience: you can shoot, direct, and edit short-form content to a publishable standard. Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is an advantage. You are comfortable in front of the camera as much as behind it.

Genuine enthusiasm for premium lifestyle products and brands. You don’t need to be told why a Devialet Phantom is different from a generic speaker. This intrinsic brand appreciation translates into content that feels authentic rather than promotional.

Culturally fluent and socially active. You are a native consumer of the platforms you will be creating for — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn — and can instinctively spot what is resonating in the current moment and why.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across very different brand contexts — from aspirational consumer brand storytelling to professional corporate communications. These two modes will coexist in this role and you need to be comfortable in both.

Self-directed and proactively ideas-driven. You do not wait for stories to come to you. You identify opportunities, propose content angles, and take ownership of execution without needing to be managed at every step.

Photography and visual direction skills are a significant advantage. You have a strong visual eye and understand composition, lighting, and aesthetic consistency across a feed.

Familiarity with paid social and digital advertising is an added advantage, though not a prerequisite for this role.
