Sales & Service Technician - JURA

What is the role about?

Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on JURA automatic coffee machines (on-site & workshop).

Attend service and breakdown calls promptly, diagnose faults accurately, and complete repairs within agreed timelines.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educate customers on proper machine operation, cleaning, hygiene, and routine care.

Conduct basic user training and product demonstrations during installations.

Support sales & marketing activities, including machine setup for showrooms, exhibitions, and events.

Maintain accurate service records, spare parts usage, and customer feedback.

Recommend suitable JURA cleaning products and accessories when relevant.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and brand service guidelines.

Represent the JURA brand professionally and follow up with customers after service completion.

Are you the one?

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related technical field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

1–2 years’ experience in coffee machine servicing or premium home appliance after-sales service.

Detail-oriented and able to follow manufacturer service procedures while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Valid driving license and willing to travel within assigned service areas.

Clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Customer-focused, professional, and confident in explaining technical issues and machine usage clearly.

Able to work independently, manage multiple appointments, and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.

Willing to work on weekends.
