岗位职责
-根据餐厅标准独立完成各类中式菜品的制作，确保出品质量、口味及摆盘一致。
-熟悉中餐烹饪技法，包括炒、煎、炸、蒸、煮、焖、炖等。
-按照菜单及标准配方进行备料、切配和烹饪，确保出餐效率。
-负责食材验收、储存及管理，减少浪费，控制成本。
-严格执行食品安全、卫生及厨房操作规范，保持工作区域整洁。
-定期检查厨房设备，正确使用及维护厨房工具，发现异常及时反馈。
-与厨房及前厅团队保持良好沟通，确保菜品及时、准确出餐。
-协助研发新菜品，并根据顾客反馈持续优化产品品质。
-完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
-有中餐厨房工作经验，有连锁餐饮、酒店或知名餐厅经验者优先。
-熟悉中式菜系（如粤菜、川菜、湘菜、淮扬菜等），可根据业务需求调整。
-熟练掌握食品卫生及安全标准。
-具备良好的刀工和烹饪技能，能够独立完成出品。
-工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，有较强的团队合作意识。
