Job Description
工作地点： UOA Subang（需到办公室上班）
薪资： RM3,300 + RM500 KPI 奖金
*工作内容*
1.通过聊天、电话和电邮（中英文）回复客户咨询。
2.协助客户下单、付款及提供产品资讯。
3.处理退款、退货、换货等问题。
4.跟进订单、物流及送货进度。
5.协助解决物流延误问题。
6.熟悉淘宝平台、活动及系统更新。
7.提供专业、有耐心的客户服务，并达成 KPI。
*职位要求*
1.至少 SPM 学历。
2.1–2 年客服经验（有电商经验更佳）。
3.能使用中文和英文沟通（会马来文更好）。
4.可轮班，包括周末及公共假期。
5.熟悉淘宝/阿里巴巴平台及网购流程者优先。
6.细心，具备解决问题的能力。
*主要技能*
1.良好的沟通及人际能力。
2.有耐心、以客户为中心。
3.会使用 Microsoft Office 及客服系统。
4.能同时处理多项工作，并能在压力下工作。
*KPI 考核*
1.回复客户速度。
2.投诉处理完成率。
3.客户满意度
4.订单及物流处理准确率。
