生产班长招聘
工作地点：
NO.10, Jalan Korporat 9/KU9, Taman Perindustrian Meru, 42200 Kapar, Selangor
岗位职责
1. 负责生产线日常管理，合理安排生产任务及人员工作。
2. 负责管理员工，监督员工的出勤、工作纪律、工作表现及生产效率。
3. 根据生产计划安排员工岗位，确保生产任务按时完成。
4. 监督生产现场的工作进度及员工操作，及时处理生产过程中出现的问题。
5. 负责培训及指导新员工，确保员工熟悉工作流程及公司规章制度。
6. 监督员工遵守工作纪律、安全规定及公司各项管理制度。
7. 及时向上级汇报生产进度、人员情况及现场异常问题。
8. 配合QC及其他部门处理生产过程中出现的品质、人员及生产异常。
9. 维护生产现场秩序及工作环境，确保生产线正常运作。
10. 完成主管安排的其他生产管理工作。
任职要求
1. 有生产管理、生产班长、组长或制造业相关工作经
