Job Description

对接柔佛州土地局（PTG）、市议会（MBJB/MBIP等）及规划局，跟进土地过户、规划（KM）及地籍审批。
独立撰写与审阅华/英/马三语公函（Surat Rasmi）、合同及政府报批文件。
协调解决土地边界、产权限制及报批过程中的异议与申诉。
实时跟进项目审批进度，确保各项批文按时落实。

任职要求 / Requirements
专业背景：房地产、土地管理、城市规划、法律等相关专业。
本地经验：在柔佛长期生活，3年以上地产/规划/法务相关经验，熟悉本地政府部门办事惯例。
语言能力：精通华语、英语、马来语（具备独立起草三语公函能力）。
能力与资质：执行力强、细心负责，能单独驾车跑外勤。
