Job Description
岗位职责
1. 负责直播间日常主持工作，配合直播流程完成直播内容；
2. 负责活跃直播间气氛，与观众进行互动，提高观众参与度和留存；
3. 根据直播主题及运营安排，灵活调整直播节奏和互动方式；
4. 与运营、主播及其他团队成员配合，完成直播间相关工作；
5. 关注直播间实时数据及用户反馈，不断优化直播表现。
任职要求
1. 有直播主持、主播、直播运营等相关经验者优先；
2. 普通话流利，表达能力强，沟通自然，具有较好的语言组织能力；
3. 性格活泼开朗，临场反应快，能够调动直播间氛围；
4. 有较强的镜头表现力和互动意识，能够与观众保持良好沟通；
5. 有责任心，能够适应直播工作节奏。
薪资福利
