通过线上聊天、邮件等方式回复客户
处理客户咨询、订单、退货及投诉
协助解决客户问题，并提供合适的处理方案
跟进客户问题及订单情况
提供良好的客户服务，提高客户满意度
职位要求：
最低 SPM / UEC
英语沟通能力良好
有客服经验者优先
有责任心，愿意学习
能适应快节奏的工作环境
能接受轮班及轮休
工作安排：
5天工作制
2天轮休
需要到公司上班（无 WFH）
