Job Description

工作内容
• 配合公司安排带看房屋
• 协助房屋出租及退租相关事宜
• 协助房屋维修、修缮及管理
• 其他主管交办事项

工作时间
• 09:00－18:30
• 午休 12:00－13:30

休假制度
• 周休二日（排休制）
• 依客户带看需求安排，若当日有带看行程需配合出勤

应征条件
• 房地产销售经验（加分）
• 具中、英、马来文沟通能力（必备）
• 具责任感、配合度佳
• 需自备交通工具（汽车）方便外出带看及处理物业事务
• 具良好沟通能力，能配合处理客户及物业相关事务

薪资福利
• RM5,000 固定底薪
• 丰厚奖金制度
• 带看及处理物业事务之油资全额补贴
• 客户相关业务支出可依公司规定申请
• 提供EPF/SOCSO/EIS
