Account Admin

What you’ll do:
-Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day finance operations
-Support Servicing Team (Project Manager) in admin paperwork
-Support project billing, client invoices, and expense claims (when required)
-Monthly bookkeeping & data entry
-Keep records accurate and organised, Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date

Job Requirements:
-Experience using SQL Accounting System (mandatory)
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles
-Well-organised, detail-oriented, and responsible
-Able to work independently and meet deadlines
-Experience in an agency or SME environment is an added advantage
-Fresh graduates with relevant accounting background are welcome to apply
