Account Assistant (Kempas Lama, JB)

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Handle a full set of accounts independently
- Process and reconcile accounting documents such as invoices, billings, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers
- Monitoring debtor aging & follow up on overdue accounts.
- Perform debtor reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assists on month end closing process.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
