Account Assistant 会计助理

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements

Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing

Maintain and update the company's accounting books and records

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory financial reports

Provide support to the finance team as needed, including ad-hoc projects and data analysis

What we're looking for

A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry

Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills
