ACCOUNT CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:-
-Handle daily accounting transactions including AP, AR and other payments (claims, utilities, etc.).
-Perform banking transactions and payment processing.
-Maintain and organize proper office filing systems and records.
-Assist with administrative duties such as renewal of road tax, insurance and foreign worker permits.
-Handle staff attendance and overtime calculation
-Support general office operations and carry out duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:-
-Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
-Trilingual communication ability.
-Knowledge of SQL Accounting will be an added advantage.
-Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Possess own transport.
