Job Description

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Administration & Finance Manager to support the establishment and daily operations of our new factory in Senai, Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finance, human resources, administration, compliance matters, and factory-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

Manage full set of accounts, including monthly closing, financial reporting, and management accounts.
Prepare accurate financial reports and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Handle SST tax filing and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

Human Resources & Payroll

Manage payroll processing, employee records, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Handle recruitment activities, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and HR-related regulations.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare programs.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Administration & Factory Management

Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage application and renewal of licenses, factory permits, and relevant approvals.
Coordinate with government authorities and external parties for factory compliance matters.
Support factory setup activities and administrative requirements.
Perform coordination tasks across departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance, HR, and administration management.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Experience in manufacturing or factory environment will be an added advantage.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
