Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
-Execute core finance tasks, including payments, billings, journal postings, reconciliations, and managing system-to-gateway reconciliations for our e-commerce platforms.
-Assist in managing e-commerce accounts across multiples platform
-Conduct account reconciliation including verifying orders, payments, and settlement reports.
-Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accurate journal entries and timely accruals of costs and revenues.
-Ensure accurate and timely payments, inter-company transactions and reconciliations in accordance with contractual terms, finance policies, and procedures.
-Review, streamline, and optimize finance processes for both B2C and B2B e-commerce operations.
-Collaborate with business teams and the Finance team to ensure compliance with company finance policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory considerations for e-commerce initiatives.



Key Requirements
-Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent).
-2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
-Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplace platform are more advantage.
-Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis
-Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount/SQL),enabling efficient financial management.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
-Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
-Positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask and remain resilient under pressure.
