Account Executive

Qualifications & experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or LCCI qualification
-2–3 years of accounting experience
-Available to start immediately
-Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
-Positive attitude, responsible, and self-disciplined

Tasks & responsibilities
-Manage full set of accounts (from journal entries to trial balances)
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Monitor and manage cash flow, payments, and receipts
-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
-Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
-Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
-Work closely with the accounting team to streamline processes
-Assist with audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
-Support ad-hoc financial projects as assigned
