Account Executive

What you'll be doing
-Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
-Developing and maintaining detailed financial models and budgets to support strategic decision-making
-Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and providing recommendations for improvement
-Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for
-Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CIMA)
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar management accounting or financial analysis role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry
-Proficient in the use of financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
-We are seeking for female candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
