Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

-Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

-Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily accounting transactions.

-Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts, staff claims, and relevant financial schedules.

-Review and verify expense claims, and process payments to suppliers and service providers.

-Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and accounting firms on audit, tax filing, and statutory matters.

-Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

-Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

-Experience handling full set of accounts is a must.

-Familiar with Master Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

-Independent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

-Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.

-Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients).
