Account & Finance Executive

What you'll be doing
-Can handle full set of account, daily accounting operations.
-Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
-Maintain accurate financial records, including reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
-Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
-Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry and responding to queries
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support as needed
-Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for
-Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
-At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organisation
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
-Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Strong organisational and time management abilities
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
