Account Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the ICT or cybersecurity industry.

Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity services, including penetration testing and current market trends.

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex cybersecurity solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Strong skills in contract negotiation and deal closure.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific client requirements.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required.

Confident and persuasive presentation skills.
