Key Responsibilities:

Plan, control, and manage accounting and financial operations in compliance with accounting standards and related laws

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for management and relevant stakeholders

Supervise the preparation of tax reports such as SST, withholding tax, and corporate income tax

Manage cash flow and forecast to ensure the company’s financial stability

Monitor and develop internal control systems related to purchasing, payment, receipts, and accounting processes

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, including training and development

Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and optimize financial processes

Review and verify financial documents, payment requests, and transactions

Perform other duties as assigned by the management





Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus

Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
